Alex's crossfire, which had been a quite expensive seventeenth birthday present, silenced as she turned the engine off after pulling into a parking spot right in front of Moe's, one of her favorite hangouts. She stepped out of the car, slinging her bag over her shoulder.
Alex walked into the store and up to the counter "blended ice mocha please" She replied, grabbing her wallet out of her bag. She pulled her cash out and paid as she grabbed her drink and walked over to a table.
She slinked down in a chair, laying her bag on the ground beside of her as she drank a sip of coffee and began reading Seventeen magazine, which she had grabbed out of her bag.

Demi walked into Moe's, feeling not so happy without Starbuck's. She pushed her dark shades a top of her blonde hair. She had on a short mini skirt and black pumps. Oh, can't forget teh crimson leg warmers over the top of the pumps. Her top was a fitted, crimson tee with a scooped neck.
"Medium hazelnut coffe," she ordered, not seeing Alexandria.

After reading a quite 'interesting' article about sex, Alex looked up for a second and she noticed Demi at the counter ordering, a smile slipped across her face as she said "Hey Demi!" And motioned for her to come sit.
Demi was one of her really good friends since coming here, Alex was so greatful that she had so many good friends here, unlike her old town where alot fo people hated her and called her a hoe.

Demi turned around, seeing Alex. "Oh, hey!" she said, paying the cashier who seemed to be eyeiner her bosom. "Man sleeper," she whispered to Alex. "So, how goes it?"

Alex smiled sweetly as Demi came over and sat down. "Pretty good, I was dying of boredom so I had to leave that d**n house" She rolled her eyes and then just released a laugh of relief. "What about you, what are you up to today?" she asked, making eye contact, meaning she was interested.

Demi shrugged. "Getting coffee. And later I have cheer practice." Sipping her coffe, she added, "I need all the caffiene I can get!" Though she knew that Alex was bi, Demi had no idea that she had a crush on her. That would be akward, if she knew.

Alex nodded "Yeah I understand" She laughed a little. Alex was never too big on team sports, meaning she hated playing them, but she did like to dance, that was one thing she enjoyed. She didn't mind watching sports either, as long as she didn't have to play them.
"So any plans for tonight, after cheer practice?"

After thinking for a moment, she shrugged. "No...not that I know of. I'm still single, so no dates," Demi said, rolling her eyes and grinning.

"Oh fun" Alex rolled her eyes, a smirk upon her face, so that you could tell she was being uberly sarcastic. "Yeah, me too, in fact, I've been single for about a year now, I've only had one serious relationship in my life actually" she shrugged "That was when I was fifteen, lasted six months"

She nodded. "Well, you know," Demi said with a grin. "Sometimes being single is better. Much more freedom." Gosh, Demi wasn't one to talk. Everytime you turned around, the cheerleaders were dating someone new. Whatever.

"That's true, but it's also fun having someone to love you, ya know" Alex shrugged, but being single was really fun, she got to flirt with whoever she wanted, but being single also had its downside because she could never go to a dance with someone or go on dates with her friends. But she tried to keep everything positive, so she preffered to not think like that.

"Yeah," she said, finishing her coffee. "Anyone you have your eye on?" Demi asked, grinning.

"Hmm not really" Alex said with a shrug. She laughed a little and then said "Well, I haven't really seen anyone quite like me I guess, you know, my personal quote 'Some girls are destined to be wild, until they find someone just as wild to run with', pays off watching Sex And The City" She said with a laugh.
