[♥] IT FEELS LIKE HOME ONCE AGAIN.[/b]
There is nothing better at waking somebody up than a nice warm cup of coffee. Especially on a Saturday. This was how Jack was spending her Saturday morning, helping others to feel a bit more alert so they don't end up wrapped around a pole somewhere because they accidentally fell asleep at the wheel. Not how she wanted to spend her walk home, wondering if she could have prevented that. Anyways, she needed the money, liked coffee herself and decided 'what the heck, why not apply for a job here?' Which is why Jack is now serving warm drinks to the people who look honestly beat [as in tired, guys]. When it was finally time for her break, Jack couldn't wait to get from behind the counter and rest somwhere. Maybe if she called one of her friends from back home, they would actually answer this time..She had tried to call a few of her friends just the night before but they were all probably too busy to glance at their cell phones. To think this is how their friendship would probably end. Anyways, sipping on the hot chocolate that she had made for herself, Jack opened up her light blue cell phone and dialed her friends number. After getting no responce from four people, Jack put her phone down and glared at the seat across from her as she drank the hot chocolate. How depressing it was to not be able to talk to your closest friends.
[♥] BUT JUST IN A DIFFERENT PLACE.[/sub]

. she tries not to cry, but it's not like she can control her tears. she wants to be tough, but she can't take the pressure .
Her hair was pulled back into a messy bun, big shocker there. Her eyes were lined with dark black liner, another 'surprise'. Heh.
Black wash jeans that were just a tad bit to long covered the most part of some black and white checkered slip ons. A light gray tank top was hidden beneath a bright orange jacket, zipped halfway up. Decent sized hoops hung from her ears, which were attempting to restrain a few of her lengthy bangs; most of which were now hiding her left eye.
A long green apron with MOE'S printed across the front was in her hands as she came in and headed to the back. A moment later, she reappeared without her jacket, and the apron hanging from her neck, the ties for around her middle flapping loosely. She flopped onto a barstool, crossing her arms and letting her head fall onto them in a moan. Wonderful. Saturday morning and she had nothing better to do but come to work early. And now, to sit here until she was forced to clear off tables and wash dishes. GOD, how she hated dishes.
. she convinces herself she can, because she hasn't realized that gradually she's been cracking .

.//. She hates change
Looking up to see someone flop down on a stool right near where Jack was sitting with her hot chocolate, the teenager smiled weakly in her direction. Maybe she worked at Moe's also..Although now that she had been working her for a while she wondered why anyone would even apply for a job there. Jack just wasn't really a work type of person, she would much rather sit at home and read a nice book with tea besides her than come to some work place with a bunch of people she didn't know and not even get paid a whole lot. But no need to be negative about it, right? Jack put on a smile and tapped the girl on the shoulder, although she wasn't sure what kind of responce she would get from her. "Hey um..Do you work here?" Jack asked out of curiosity, since it wasn't like the girl had a pen in her shirt that said HEY I WORK AT MOES or anything. Come to think of it, Jack was wearing one herself at the moment. I guess she must have forgotten to take it off along with her Moe's apron.[/sub]

. it's hard to imagine your life .
A low, drawn out moan- what more can you expect of Breezy when it's Saturday morning and she's stuck at Moe's- with, like Jack, people she did not know. Breezy didn't move for a moment there, leaving Jack hanging. Slowly, she lifted her head, peering at Jack, then letting her head fall back on her arms, this time her face showing as her chin rested on her arm.
She grinned weakly, and quite suddenly. She was abit sluggish this morning after having a restless night. "Mhmm." was all she said, blinking her bright, heavily lined eyes. Then, realizing that her random morning mood was probably making this girl uncomfortable, laughed quietly. "Breezy" she said, in meaning to share her name with the girl. However, she often got answers like. "Not really, it's actually quite a still day" or "I could turn down the AC if you'd like"
She chuckled at the thought, not many people knew her name.
. without the people who changed it .

.//He is her knight in Shining Armour .// But shes living her own lie
Hm..She didn't really seem to be moving to Jack for a while, the teenager thought it was possible that the girl had died from too much public on a Saturday- Early saturday at that. "Cool, so do I." Jack said with a smile, although she probably shouldn't have smiled seeing as that would give the impression that she enjoyed doing this on Saturdays. Don't get me wrong, Moe's had good coffee and a lot of awesome people from school, but the Saturday thing wasn't working for her. Having to give all the awesome coffee to random people who didn't even say thank you for it wasn't working for her either.. But she had grown used to it in the few days that she had been working at Moe's so it was like a daily ritual to say 'thank you for coming' to the same woman and being grunted at in return. It took Jack a moment to realize that the girl meant that Breezy was her name, she wasn't just saying it randomly as Jack herself probably would have. She did a lot of things randomly, which kind of made them a bit less random but instead something Jack-Like. "Thats an awesome name. I wish I had one that cool." Yeah, instead of a guy's name. What was her mother thinking anyways when she popped out? 'yeah I think I'll confuse everyone who hears my daughter's name by calling her Jack' Oh, maybe it would be convenient of Jack's name was said also.. "I'm Jack, by the way. Sorry, I'm not thinking too clear today. It's a bit too early."

. she was the kind of girl who never let the guys get the best of her .
Breezy smiled. "It's alright, I'm not either" she said, laughing quietly again as she straightened up and stretched her arms out behind her. She had long arms. Hopefully no one was behind her, she just might wack them.
"And it's not that cool, it gets anoyying to be honest" she said smiling and wiping her eyes, tossing in a yawn just to top it off. Soon, however, her chin was resting right back on her arms.
"Yeah it's abit to early- to be stuck in this dump anyways."
. until that one guy came along .

x.//She's Lost & Vunerable
HER name got annoying? What about having people make fun of you because you have a guy name? Or to be saying the nursery rhyme 'Jack and Jill' aimed in her direction. People in elementary school weren't too nice, and she even got some lip from the 'cunning' people today. Pth, cunning my butt, they were down right annoying. "How in the world can YOUR name get annoying? Its better than having a guys name, right?" Which was true, having a guy name isn't all its cracked up to be. At times Jack wished that she could have a normal name like Ashley or Jessica..But other times she was fine with her name; It was what made her..Her. "I guess were not really morning people." Jack replied, sipping at her hot chocolate which had cooled down a lot since she had sat down and pretty much neglected it. Unfortunately her chocolate was cold as ice- And she was still on break, meaning that she wouldn't be allowed to go in the back and warm it up.

. do you ever wish you could die, but be at your funeral .
"Nope, I guess not."
Breezy smiled, sitting up slowly, sincerely regretting taking this job. No, she wasn't a morning person. Or not a MOE'S morning person. Well, atleast she had someone to talk to now. Better than cleaning off tables of spilt coffee and unfinished bacon&grits.
"You have no idea how many times I get a reply on the weather when I mention my name." she said, smiling weakly. "Jack would be a better name, atleast no one would correct you on a still day."
. just to see who would be there, just to see who would cry .

[♥] YOU'RE LIKE COMING HOME.
Jack laughed at Breezy's comment, although she hadn't meant to seem like she was laughing at her. Just kind of with her..If that makes any sense to anybody seeing as I never got the term 'I'm not laughing at you I'm laughing WITH you' but anyways. "Well your name is unique. I like it" Jack said honestly with a smile, although she still didn't like her own name all that much. If she had a choice between keeping it or changing it, Jack would probably keep it. Although she hated it on some days, it was her trademark name, the name she had been using for about sixteen years. Why give it up after all the time she had used it? That would be almost like using the same couch every day, even though it gives you a horrible back ache. Then your husband throws it in the garbage and your back ache is miraculously taken away, but yet you want the couch back anyways. Its the thing that you can't really depart with after a while, you know? "Yeah I might apply for a job somwhere else soon. Maybe a gym or something- All the cute sweaty guys would probably be there." Jack said with a small laugh, seeing as she was only joking. She would probably pass out from the fumes coming from the guys, no matter how good they looked doing the work outs.
[♥] FOR ONCE IN A WHILE.

. you've kissed so many lips, and held so many hands .
"So is yours" she said, in a tone that suggested to closing of that topic. Jack. She was being honest, also, not just trying to make Jack feel better. She'd once met a girl named Xavier; not that was an interesting name. Be it for a girl or a boy. But, Breezy Loo-eez just fit her, so she didn't hate her name completely.. oh well.
She raised an eyebrow at Jack's next comment, laughing. "Nah, not for me. Maybe one of the newer clothing stores, one that's not TO freakishly overrun with rich people. Somewhere when I don't have to be there TO early, and I won't be standing over a greasy frier all day, dishing out potato sticks " she said, sounding disgusted at the idea of a greasy frier. Which she was, she'd hate to fry french fries all day. But, then again, she did like french fries. Yum.
. i don't care about being your first, i only want to be your last .

[♥] DREAM OF ME SOFTLY.
It was obvious that Breezy wanted to get off the topic of names. Anyways, why were they really having this conversation anyways? What did it matter if they both wanted name changes, or if they both thought that their names sucked. The fact is, they would both have to deal with them until they decided to do something about it, and Jack personally wasn't planning on taking any action when it came to her strange name. Maybe Breezy was though. "Clothing stores aren't for me. Some of them have the suckiest music playing on the speakers and all the teeny- boppers come in and act as though theyre eighteen and can drive." Although that sounded quite rude at the moment that Jack said it, she was right. There were a lot of people that might go through the store that she didn't like, and she didn't want to get arrested for beating someone up. You know what kind of comments little girls who want to be cool make, some of which can be hurtful. Where WOULD Jack go if she got fired or decided to quit? There were a lot of places she could go in the city, but if they didn't think she was good enough for the job she would not be able to work.
[♥] AND THEN YOUR DREAM WILL COME TRUE.

. The girl who seemed unbreakable broke .
"Yea" she said, shrugging. "They can be abit pregnant dogy, but they're also really dumb. I could always charge abit more, forget an item was on sale, or forget to take off the security tag and give no receit. They'll look really smart then." she said, jokingly. Because, unless she really loathed them, she'd probably never really do those things. She'd think about them, but actually doing them.. prolly not.
"Well, if you find a nice place to work then you could always email me about it." she said, grinning. "I'm breezy-underscore-loo-the little circle at sign thingy-baltimore-a-dot-C-O-M." she receited, then shrugged and tore a corner off of the first sheet of the order tickets she had in the pouch on her apron. Sribbling down..
'breezy_loo@baltimorea.com'
..she handed it to Jack, shrugging again.
. The girl who seemed strong crumbled .

[♥] JUST THE THOUGHT OF HIM.
Jack laughed, liking the fact that she wasn't the only one who thought about doing mean things to mean people. She always thought that everyone else seemed perfectly fine with the rude people who just get away with everything they do. But as it turns out, Breezy also probably thought about doing things to pay them back- Nothing that would involve physical harm or anything, but things that might embarass them. "Yeah I'm definately not going to remember that." Jack said, raising an eyebrow a bit as Breezy recited the e-mail address to her. Jack could barely remember her own phone number at times, the one she had had for as long as she could remember, so it was pretty much impossible for her to recite that back to Breezy to make sure she had it right. She found that the people who could do that were her heroes, seeing as they did what Jack would probably never do, sad enough. "Thanks, I'll be sure to e-mail you if I find anything." Jack replied as she took the sheet of paper..Or part of it. She knew her break would be over soon, but at least it wasn't as early anymore, she had, in a sense, made a new friend, and she was that much closer to closing time.
[♥] CAN MAKE HER LOVE HIM SOMEHOW.
